Meet Manny

Manny is the founder and CEO of California Home Solution, Inc. which he began in 1998. He is also past President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers’ – LA Chapter 2006-2008 and is presently serving as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for this chapter. He has additionally obtained his designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) Mr. Solana has been an entrepreneur since 1983 and his past careers, certifications and accomplishments include: CPA for Peat Marwick & Mitchell in San Juan Puerto Rico as well as Price Waterhouse in San Diego from 1975 – 1979. CFO and Treasurer for an Orange County home builder, Showcase Homes from 1979-1984. Showcase homes built residential homes, apartments and custom homes. Real Estate Developer and partner in Lifestyles Development Company specializing in Senior Citizen housing from 1984 – 1988. CEO of a company that Designed and Manufactured women’s clothing from 1979 to 1988. The company, SOLANA, produced and sold a junior line of women’s clothing to all major retail chains in the United States (Merry-go-Round, Contempo, Wet Seal, Judy’s, Jay Jacobs, Victoria Secrets, Fredrick’s of Hollywood, Charoltte Russe just to name a few.
