Our firm is exclusively devoted to the practice of Family Law, which covers many diverse areas from the Dissolution of Marriage to Paternity. Meet Daniel

For more than 25 years I have voluntarily served as a Mediator and Settlement Officer for the Family Law Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

I first began practicing Family Law with Arlene Coleman-Schwimmer, a Preeminent Certified Family Law Specialist, who handled many high profile family law matters and complicated issues including, but not limited to, executive goodwill, deferred compensation, validity of pre/post-marital agreements, date of separation, post-judgment modification of spousal/child support and various fiduciary duties. After a few years I went to work for Trope and Trope, the largest family law firm in the State of California, where I worked for nine years. 

 

In September 2005 I decided to relocate and opened up my own practice which is devoted exclusively to the area of Family Law.

Dan is a great family law attorney. Why? he's calm. Keeps it simple. Doesn't chase wild geese, and politely stops you if you want a wild goose chase. He's an excellent writer. I get impatient sometimes when he is re-writing things, but the end result is SO worth it. Wonderful guy, really cares. Will absolutely tell you to "dial it down" when these family law issues get you heated. Nicely.
